About the Collection
The Collage Mélange series is a growing library of curated imagery created for collage artists, journalers, and creative explorers. Each collection is designed to invite experimentation, layering, and intuitive art making.
One of the best parts about collage is sourcing the images. Whether it is a tattered book cover from a yard sale, an old painting from a thrift store or a vintage cabinet card from the 1800’s, the thrill of the hunt is a big part of collage. That is what led me to create the Collage Mélange Books. These books are designed with artists, crafters and creatives in mind. Whether you make fine art collages or assemblages, scrap books, decoupage or junk journals, the Collage Mélange book series was made for you. Each book is filled with a variety of new and different images, colors and textures meant for reuse in your creative endeavors. The pages contain images such as vintage photographs, illustrations, background textures, and text. There are also finished collages I have created for inspiration. The possibilities are endless with a few simple tools such as scissors, glue, a substrate, any or all of the Collage Mélange books and your imagination.
